Hi all, my 09 fiesta 1.6 tdci decided not to start the other day completely out the blue, flashing up on the dash is the cog symbol with a '!' in the middle of it, aa couldn't do much apart from find there's fuel going to the high pressure pump but not to the injectors, I think it may be the pressure solenoid on the high pressure pump but I'm Hi All, I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Mondeo 1.6 TDCI. I understand that this system constantly monitors battery state of charge and that it will not function below 72% SOC.

Hi there , Ok if the engine is a 1.6 diesel TDCI then the relay will be the issue this is a common occurance this why Thr broadcast message was released by for advising a more robust /modified relay be fitted.
