Now that you mention it, I can't remember it raining in Riptide. I remember Moreby having active weather in Dead Island, but nothing in Riptide. Just booted up the original version of Riptide on my PS3 and there is in fact a rain cycle. So bizarre that it was completely taken out in DE.
